​Come see where our cohousing neighbourhood is taking shape—and meet some of the people bringing it to life.

​Join us at 1600 Larsen Road in Courtenay for a walk around the site and a conversation about what’s under construction, what comes next, and how you could become part of the community.

​Whether this is your first introduction or you’re returning to see our progress, you’re welcome. Bring your questions about the homes, community life and the path toward membership.

​We’ll meet at the site first. If the weather is good, we’ll stay there for the session. If it’s too rainy, we’ll move afterward to Creekside Commons cohousing at 2202 Lambert Drive, about a two-minute drive away.
