Buy and Sell Compute in SF at the HSC Market
November 17, 2026 | San Francisco
A private trading floor for buying and selling AI compute.
On November 17, Haight Street Compute is bringing together verified buyers, sellers, and capital providers at the former Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for a day of live trading, price discovery, and dealmaking.
Participants will be able to explore available compute supply and demand, submit bids and indications of interest, and connect with potential counterparties through a combination of in-person and electronic matching.
Financing partners and legal specialists will be present to support negotiations and help participants advance toward executable agreements.
Sponsored by Exascale, SF Compute, TrustedRouter, NY Token Exchange
Who's in the room
The trading floor is designed for AI companies sourcing compute, neoclouds and infrastructure providers bringing capacity to market, hardware suppliers, and investors and lenders financing transactions.
Participation is by application and subject to verification.
How the trading floor works
Before November 17, HSC is collecting detailed information about the compute participants intend to buy or sell, including hardware specifications, availability, quantities, contract duration, delivery requirements, and indicative commercial terms.
The week of November 2, we will share a summary of indicated buying and selling interest to help participants understand the opportunities represented on the floor.
On November 17, participants will be able to explore those opportunities and submit bids or indications of interest in two ways:
Live on the floor: The most desired subset of opportunities will be presented to the room for live price discovery.
Electronic trading stations: Additional opportunities, organized by category (hardware, reservations, colocation and power), will be available through dedicated terminals where participants can review offerings and submit interest.
As potential bids and offers are matched, HSC will introduce the relevant counterparties and provide dedicated space for private negotiations.
Legal specialists, template agreements, and financing partners will be available to help participants advance their transactions. Any resulting agreement remains subject to applicable diligence, documentation, and counterparty approval.
How verification works
All prospective participants undergo a review process before admission.
1. Initial application
Participants provide basic company information, contact details, and an overview of their role in the compute market.
2. Pre-approval
Participants describe the transactions they intend to pursue, including technical requirements, available supply, deal size, timing, and indicative commercial terms.
3. Verification
Selected applicants submit supporting documentation to establish their identity, authority to transact, ability to perform, and the accuracy of relevant technical and commercial representations.
Depending on their role, requested information may include company documentation, proof of funds or financing, supporting technical specifications, and applicable trade and export compliance representations.
Sensitive supporting information is treated confidentially and reviewed as part of the verification process. Information is shared with prospective counterparties subject to applicable permissions and agreements.
Our goal is to reduce the amount of preliminary diligence required once participants arrive, so that the time on the trading floor can be spent evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, and advancing transactions.
Who's behind the market
Haight Street Compute is organized by a team with experience across AI infrastructure, technology, finance, and capital markets. Our leadership has worked at large tech and capital markets companies.
