Buy and Sell Compute in SF at the HSC Market
We're trading compute, on one floor, for one day. Pre-vetted buyers and sellers, with lawyers on the floor to sign the deal before you leave the building.
Right now, buying or selling compute means an endless game of telephone, of a guy who knows a guy, who might never even get back to you.
You should be able to buy or sell compute the way you would on Wall Street, where you can walk next door to another firm and cut a deal that afternoon. The market needs three fixes:
All parties pre-vetted.
All contracts pre-circulated.
All conversations on one floor, face to face, in real time.

That's why we started Haight Street Compute. On Tuesday November 17th, we're launching the Haight Street Compute Market: one day with pre-vetted buyers and suppliers, and lawyers on the floor to paper the deal.
Before any lot reaches the floor, our team reviews its chain of custody, delivery timeline and hardware provenance, and the lot sheet shows what was checked. Then it goes to auction, in the open, in front of the room. Deals signed on the day are binding, subject to a 7-day confirmatory diligence period.

BY INVITATION ONLY
We admit people who will buy, sell, finance or paper compute on the day. Seats are split across buyers, sellers, capital and advisors so every buyer has sellers to meet.
Every request is reviewed by our team. Approved guests get a short follow-up to help us curate the room, then their diligence forms and ticket terms.
The first review round closes Friday October 23rd. After that, requests are reviewed as space allows.

WHO WILL BE ATTENDING
Partners at funds with AI-heavy portfolios; founders, CTOs and infra leads; neoclouds and GPU clouds with capacity to sell; data center operators and developers; and the lenders, lessors and firms that paper the deal. Every one of them is screened before the day.
Sponsored by Exascale, SF Compute, TrustedRouter, NY Token Exchange
