Join us for a Five Rhythms-based ecstatic dance in Venice, California.

This dance will be played by a DJ who guides us through a journey carries us through and uplifting crescendo towards Bliss. Dancers are encouraged to remain on the dance floor for the duration of the session for the opportunity to  connect with their flow state and experience a cathartic emotional release & physical expression. Exploring Ecstatic Dance for the first time?T his ecstatic dance is perfect for beginners as it'll begin with a intro dialogue to help you step into your flow and welcoming circle to connect you with community.

All ages, body types, and abilities are welcome.

This evening will be guided by Violet Daydream (@violetsdaydream) who brings experience of ecstatic dance from Bali, Guatemala, San Francisco/Oakland & San Diego as well as a background guiding Buddhist Meditations. Her values that she brings to this dance are connection with self & community, expression, and creating beauty in everyday experience. She is looking forward to co-creating this journey alongside you!

Clothes to move in and a refillable cup or water bottle (Water available!) Leave your shoes, phones and inhibitions at the door as you step into a powerful movement meditation. Tea or Cacao to purchase depending on availability.
