About Desire Redefined | Re-Ignite Your Fire

Do you want to want but don't know how? Feeling like you're not in the mood as much as you used to be, or at all?

Between careers, caregiving, changing bodies, long-term relationships, endless to-do lists, and all the demands of adult womanhood, it’s easy to lose your spark.

Re-Ignite Your Fire, the next event in the Desire Redefined series, is about getting curious about what desire, pleasure and intimacy look like in the body, relationships, and season you’re living in now.

Our panel of medical professionals and industry experts will unpack what can quiet desire, and how ritual, play, and novelty can help us reconnect with our flame. Attendees will awaken their senses, get reacquainted with their own bodies, and leave with simple, playful practices for feeling present, alive, and connected to themselves.

Come hungry. Leave a little hungrier.

Expect indulgent bites, wine + other surprise goodies!

FAQ

What is this event? Reignite Your Fire is a sexual health and lifestyle panel about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that ignite passion and vitality. We’ll explore how desire, confidence, curiosity, and intimacy evolve, and how to rediscover them in a way that is playful, personal, and true to who you are now.

Who is this event for? This event is for people who want more fire in their lives. If desire has become harder to access or duller lately, this event is for you.

What will I learn? You’ll learn why desire can go quiet, how hormones, stress, your nervous system, relationships, and life transitions can all play a role, and why intimacy doesn’t have to look the way it used to. We’ll share practical, trauma-informed ways to reconnect with your senses, curiosity, confidence and capacity for pleasure - without forcing it or treating desire like another thing on the to-do list.

Will there be time for questions? We’ll have limited time for audience Q&A. We encourage you to submit a question when you register to ensure our experts cover it, or email the event host in advance at liz@thecatnip.co

Will questions be anonymous? Questions submitted in advance may be referenced anonymously during the panel. We want this to feel like a safe, honest space to ask about the things many people are thinking about but rarely get to discuss openly.

Is this an event for partners? This event is intended for women of all kinds, as well as nonbinary and gender-diverse people. If your partners fit that description, bring them along!

What should I wear? Something fun that makes you feel beautiful - like you're going on a date with someone you really like (hint: it's you!).

Will there be food & drinks? Yes - we’ll have light bites and drinks available.

Is there a sliding scale? Absolutely! The utmost priority is that those that want to attend can do so. If there are financial barriers to participation, please email host directly at liz@thecatnip.co to access a discount code.
