​Theme: What’s the problem with OST? What’s the problem with us?

• ​We all know and believe that OST can be transformative, even in the most difficult situations.

• ​We have decades of stories to back-up the above belief.

• ​And still somehow we struggle to engage more people and more challenges to use OST.

• ​We can blame others - people do not get it, clients do not get it, it’s difficult to trust OST, etc.

• ​After decades, we know this is not simply a question of marketing / selling.

• ​So what is wrong with us? What is wrong with OST? What’s the problem?
