​Culture In Service Commons: Care | November 18

We are a Culture In Service to you.

Whether you’re between jobs, working solo, or simply missing meaning in your day, you’re welcome at the CIS Commons. It’s a free weekly remote gathering to add connection, care, and contribution to your day.

This week will be centered around care:

Join us on Wednesday, November 18, from 12–1 p.m. Pacific for mindfulness, breathwork, and functional body movement.

We’ll begin with a brief welcome and close together at the end of the hour. We finish on time.

The Commons meets online every Wednesday, with a rotating focus on connection, care, and contribution. Come once, or make it part of your week.

- Cameras are optional. Nothing is recorded.
- Nothing to prepare for this session.
- You’ll receive the Google Meet link when you register.
