About your host:
Dr Coco d'Hont is a Learning & Development Specialist, all-round problem solver, education geek, research nerd, wordsmith, polyglot and Mental Health First Aid trainer. When she's not busy helping people grow, she moonlights as a shotokan karate instructor working towards her second dan (black belt).
