By entering the Event premises, you irrevocably waive any right to opt out of being included in such Media or to approve its use. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or recorded are advised not to enter the Event space.  You release Motive from any liability or claims arising from the capture or use of Media, including but not limited to claims of privacy, publicity, defamation, or intellectual property.
