​Midlife Sparkles gatherings are your place to find peer support in the messy midlife that may sometimes feel pretty confusing. Here, you'll find a structured conversation built around a single theme, something real and specific to midlife, explored together rather than lectured at. No two meetings repeat the same ground, and no one is expected to have it figured out.

​Thank you everyone who attended our first meeting! This time we will talk about What if I make the wrong choice? When you want to make changes in your life, but fear peeks in and makes it hard to decide.

​What you'll come away with is connection, the kind that only happens in a room with other women who are crossing this same territory in their own way. Beyond the ideas and the talk, there's the chance to be witnessed, to feel less alone in the transition, and to build real friendships with people who understand exactly what this stretch of life asks of you.
