17:20 · Guided intention setting & breathwork with immersive sound and scent, followed by red-light recovery

​Wear comfortable clothes you can sit and lie down in. Mats, blankets and equipment are provided.

​Safety: The active breathwork session is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy, heart conditions, a history of stroke or certain brain conditions. If you have another health condition, are unsure whether breathwork or LED masks are suitable for you, or are sensitive to essential oils or aromatherapy, please contact us before booking.
