Yoga & Massage Circle. This Week’s Theme: ENERGY — The Art of Cultivating Vitality
✨ This Week’s Theme: ENERGY — The Art of Cultivating Vitality ✨
Where does your energy go? And what helps you replenish it?
Our energy is shaped by the way we live, the thoughts we nurture, the relationships we cultivate, and the choices we make every day.
Sometimes we spend so much energy worrying, rushing, pleasing others, and trying to control everything that we forget to nourish ourselves.
Yoga invites us to reconnect with our life force — prana — through movement, conscious breathing, awareness, and balance.
This Sunday, join us for a gentle yoga practice and a nourishing Ayurvedic massage circle as we explore how to cultivate more vitality in our daily lives.
Together, we'll reflect on three simple questions:
🌿 What drains my energy? 🌿 What nourishes and restores it? 🌿 How can I use my energy to bring something positive into the world?
Because energy is not just about doing more. It's also about knowing when to pause, rest, and recharge.
Don't just spend your energy. Learn how to cultivate it — and share it with the world.
Come as you are. Move. Breathe. Receive. Recharge. ❤️
