Five Lessons from Five Years Running a Female-Founded Business
**PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. YOU CAN BOOK FOR THE SECOND EVENT HERE**
A raw, honest and practical conversation about building a business, making mistakes, earning money and creating a working life that actually works for you as a female founder.
This event is for women who are thinking about starting a business, already building one or rethinking what the next stage should look like. Spaces will be capped to keep the session small, intimate and genuinely conversational.
The idea is simple: to share the things I wish I had known earlier, so other women can avoid some of the usual trial-and-error and build businesses that support them financially, creatively and personally.
Over the past five years, I have learned by doing, testing, adjusting and figuring things out as I went: how to earn money, manage cash flow, find the right clients, set boundaries, market clearly, hire, outsource and manage a team.
I have also learned that the point is not just to make a business work on paper. It is to build something you actually enjoy running, and to keep adjusting it so it continues to support your life, your energy and the way you want to work.
There will be space for questions, discussion and honest conversation between women at different stages of building something of their own.
This is not about presenting a perfect business, pretending I have all the answers or giving a glossy founder talk. It is a useful and practical conversation about what I have learned from building, running and adapting a business in real life.
