About Event

You have probably seen it happen.

A high performer who seemed engaged suddenly puts in their papers. A team that delivered results starts missing deadlines. A manager who was once your culture champion is now just going through the motions.

It is not always about salary. And it is rarely just about the manager.

The real reason your best people are quietly leaving is something most organisations are not measuring, not talking about, and not solving , workplace happiness and the human conditions that sustain performance.

This exclusive evening session, hosted by Trainer Collective, brings together HR Leaders, L&D Professionals, People & Culture Teams, and Business Leaders for a focused, evidence-based conversation on what high-performing organisations are doing differently and what you can start doing on Monday.

This is not a large conference. This is an intimate, curated room of fewer than 30 senior professionals designed for real conversation, not passive listening.

WHAT THIS SESSION COVERS

This is not a motivational talk. It is a practical, researchbacked session designed for decision-makers who want real tools, not just inspiration.

You will walk away with clarity on:

🔹 Why Happiness Is a Business Metric, Not a Soft Topic The neuroscience and organisational research behind why happy employees are 31% more productive, 3x more creative, and significantly less likely to leave and how to use this data to make the business case internally.

🔹 The Hidden Cost of Disengagement How to calculate what attrition and quiet quitting are actually costing your organisation right now and the levers that make the most difference fastest.

🔹 What High-Performing Organisations Do Differently Case-based insights from organisations that have embedded happiness, psychological safety, and meaning into their culture and the measurable outcomes that followed.

🔹 The Science of Sustainable Performance Why burnout, absenteeism, and chronic disengagement are symptoms of a deeper human intelligence deficit and how addressing emotional and social wellbeing drives retention, not just satisfaction.

🔹 Your 3 Immediate Actions Leave with three concrete, context-specific actions you can initiate within your organisation in the next 30 days without a large budget or a lengthy approval cycle.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This session is designed specifically for HR Leaders responsible for retention, culture, and talent strategy, L&D Professionals building programmes that go beyond skills to address human performance, People & Culture Teams working on engagement, wellbeing, and psychological safety, and Business Leaders and Founders who understand that people are their most critical competitive advantage.

Seats are limited and access is complimentary, by invitation only. Please register only if you intend to attend.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

This is a fully hosted, complimentary experience. Every element of the evening has been designed to be immediately useful to you not just inspiring in the room, but actionable the moment you return to your organisation.

☕ High Tea & Networking Arrive, settle in, and connect with fellow HR and business leaders over a curated high tea spread before the session begins. The networking is intentional — the conversations that happen in this room before the session even begins are often as valuable as the session itself.

🎓 Live Facilitated Session — 90 Minutes : A highly interactive, structured learning experience led by both facilitators. Not a lecture. Not a panel. Frameworks, real-world cases, group reflection, and live application — built for senior professionals who have seen enough generic training to know the difference.

📊 The Organisational Happiness Diagnostic During the session, you will complete a proprietary Trainer Collective diagnostic that measures the happiness health of your organisation across key dimensions , engagement, psychological safety, manager capability, and culture. Your results are debriefed live in the room. This diagnostic is administered exclusively to in-person attendees and is not available online. You will leave knowing exactly where your organisation stands and where the priority gaps are.

📋 The Workplace Happiness Benchmarking Report Every attendee receives a copy of Trainer Collective's proprietary benchmarking report  Happiness at Work: What Leading Organisations in Asia Are Doing Differently.

🎟️ Complimentary Access :- No Fee, No Catch There is no cost to attend. This is Trainer Collective's investment in building meaningful, long-term relationships with HR and L&D leaders in Malaysia. All we ask is that you register in advance and honour your commitment to attend.
