13:30 · Opening & introduction เปิดงาน
13:40 · Life Before Handoff
Carter Teng — Enterprise Lead Thailand, Figma (Singapore)
Getting to the first 80% has never been easier. The last 20% is where teams still lose weeks. Carter makes one claim that changes what a design file is actually for, then shows what happens to your code — and your AI bill — when a handoff carries precise context instead of a picture. He closes on three things every team needs at once, and why having two of them is the same as having none.
14:10 · AI Makes Us All Faster. Are We Using The Same Map?
Harriet Wakelam — Enterprise Design & Transformation Executive, former Head of Group Design, DBS Bank (Singapore)
Everyone on your team is moving faster. Harriet's question is whether they are moving toward the same place. Drawing on rebuilding design practice at one of Asia's largest banks, she shares what six months of watching how the work really happened revealed — and why the fix was not a new tool. Includes what 1,054 customers said once somebody finally had the capacity to listen.
14:40 · Break + Lucky Draw #1
Snacks and drinks, plus the first prize draw — stay in the room for this one.
14:55 · Only you can judge what AI generates.
Before You Trust the AI: What Everyone Must Know First
Narat Puhoi (North) — Expert UX/UI Designer, AXONS (Thailand)
AI is already inside your process, whether or not you put it there. North's argument is that trust is not a feeling — it is a set of checks you agree to run before you accept anything. He'll hand you his: a five-part check he calls PACTS, and the three moments in an ordinary working day when you should be running it.
15:25 · The Devs Gave Me REPO Access
Can Designers Ship Code? An Ongoing Experiment
Ridin Dinesh — Product Designer, Design Systems & Design Engineering, Allianz Technology (Thailand)
Ridin got tired of filing tickets for bugs he could already see, so he asked for access to the codebase. He'll explain Git using nothing but the Figma workflow you already use every day, show you the line he draws around what is and isn't a designer's job — then find a real bug and ship the fix on stage, live.
15:55 · Life After Handoff
Aditya Muttur — Software Engineer, Figma (United States)
Shipping the right code is the baseline now, not the goal. Aditya follows the Figma MCP server from desktop prototype to general availability, then pulls apart two things teams confuse constantly — and shows why one of them is the reason your agent keeps guessing. Expect a live demo, and a much shorter way to describe a button.
16:25 · Lucky Draw #2
The big draw, then open floor with the speakers.
16:50 · Closing
