Brunch Intuitively: Cookbook Club- Honor Your Hunger
About Gorls Who Eat
Gorls Who Eat is a body acceptance community including a monthly book club and events. At every gathering, you can count on a safe, supportive space where diet talk and body comments simply don’t exist.
About this event
We’ll gather for a potluck-style brunch inspired by a shared cookbook, with intuitive eating themes gently folded into conversation around the table (or the couch).
For our February gathering, we’ll be exploring the intuitive eating principle Honor Your Hunger.
Together, we’ll talk about:
How hunger shows up in real life (not just as a growling stomach)
What it looks like to respond to hunger with care
The different types of hunger we all experience
What can happen when hunger cues are ignored over time
What to Expect

Intuitive eating themes woven into conversation and a light activity
No pressure to speak, share, or participate in any particular way
