About Event

Healthcare has evolved significantly in recent years, particularly in how we understand and support hormonal health and family forming.

From more open conversations around menopause to increased demand for fertility preservation options such as egg and sperm freezing, topics once considered private are now firmly part of mainstream discussion. This shift reflects lived reality with 1 in 6 couples in the UK experiencing difficulty when trying to conceive and 90% of those undergoing fertility treatment saying it impacts their work in some way. Family forming is no longer a single narrative, nor is it confined to one gender or one path.

Progyny Global and Nexus Connected invite you to join a thoughtful conversation exploring the many variations of modern family building. Through a panel of industry experts, we will share real-life perspectives on fertility journeys and hormonal health, consider the emotional and professional implications and reflect on how acknowledging these experiences can influence organisational culture and inclusion.

This event will create space for an open dialogue on the options and support available today grounded in real world experience. You’ll also be the first to gain access to Nexus Self-Advocacy Toolkit—a free, practical resource designed to help you prepare for appointments, ask the right questions, and walk away feeling like your concerns have been taken seriously.

As conversations around parenthood and hormonal health become more visible, so too does the opportunity to approach them with greater understanding, inclusivity and care.
