Why PABU?
PABU Izakaya, located in the iconic 101 California tower in San Francisco’s Financial District, reimagines traditional izakaya dining with bold flavor, refined technique, and vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is a collaboration between Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina and the late Ken Tominaga, known for Sonoma’s famed Hana Japanese Restaurant.
With a menu that features A5 Miyazaki wagyu, uni and oyster "Happy Spoon," chef-curated sashimi and nigiri, and delicate milk chocolate custard with red bean mousse, One Night in Tokyo is a celebration of Japan’s most iconic culinary traditions.
We'll have a private room set for 12 leaders and will moderate meaningful conversations to build deep connections!
Attendance is limited. Invitation only.
