D-Prize Office Hour
We are hosting a practical D-Prize Office Hour for founders preparing to apply for the D-Prize Global Competition.
Innocent and Charles are both previous D-Prize awardees and will share what they learned from going through the application process, answer questions, and help participants think more clearly about their applications.
The session will cover:
1️⃣ Choosing the right D-Prize challenge
2️⃣ Understanding what a proven intervention means
3️⃣ Building a clear distribution model
4️⃣ Writing a strong two-page concept note
5️⃣ Communicating your pilot and path to scale
6️⃣ Dos and don’ts to keep in mind when applying
7️⃣ Common mistakes that can make a good idea harder to understand
8️⃣ What to expect if you progress beyond Round 1
The session is informal and question-led, so come with your application questions, ideas, and anything you are unsure about.
At OpenBuilder, we are creating this session to give more founders a better chance of turning the problems they care about into ventures that can reach the people who need them.
Who should attend
Founders planning to apply for D-Prize, early-stage entrepreneurs working on distribution-focused solutions, and anyone exploring whether their idea fits a D-Prize challenge.
