Tending to Your Energy Like It's Part of the Job
Doing meaningful work requires energy, but most of us were never taught how to manage our capacity in a sustainable way.
Whether you're exhausted from the AI hype cycle, depleted by the state of the world, or just quietly running on empty after caring deeply for a long time, your energy needs tending to. This workshop is where we help you do that, so you can replenish and protect the energy you rely on to do your work (and life) well.
Co-led by Kacie Brennell and Drew Taylor Cohen, this live, experiential session is built around two things: somatic practices that bring you back to yourself fast, and simple energy management rituals that you can make your own and use anywhere.
Together, we’ll explore how to better recognize your limits and how to protect your energy like it’s your most precious currency (because it is).
This isn't a lecture. You'll practice in real time, reflect with others, and leave with a personalized menu of tools that fit your everyday life. You'll also meet some genuinely cool people navigating the same tension, doing purposeful work in a chaotic world while trying to stay human in the process.
Come exactly as you are. However you're feeling is welcome.
