Safe Housing Collaborative 2026
The Safe Housing Collaborative is an annual working summit bringing together plaintiff-side lawyers, physicians, environmental experts, and advocates fighting toxic housing cases across the country. Each year we gather in Austin to do the work together — share what's winning in the courtroom, build better expert presentations, work through the hardest cases, and strengthen the network of professionals committed to safe housing for every family.
Sessions are workshops and roundtables, not lectures. Every person in the room contributes. This is where the science meets the law, and where lawyers learn from the doctors and experts who help them win.
We are building out the speaking agenda now! Additions and suggestions welcome.
This year's keynote is Dr. Jill Crista — naturopathic doctor, bestselling author of Break the Mold, and one of the foremost medical educators in the country on mold-related illness. Dr. Crista has helped thousands of patients recover after toxic mold exposure, trained practitioners worldwide on the science of mycotoxins and mold recovery, and experienced mold illness in her own home — which means she understands this from every angle. Her work is the bridge between what the science shows and what a jury can understand. We are honored to have her.
We cannot be mission ready if our families are sick.
