Claude Code for Devs
Hands-On Workshop for Full-Stack Developers Shipping AI
This is not an intro-to-AI workshop.
This is for developers who have already deployed AI-powered code and want to learn production best practices.
Claude Code isn’t a chatbot.
It’s a programmable pair programmer that reads your repo, edits files, runs commands, writes tests, commits code, and opens PRs.
This workshop shows you how to use Claude Code safely and effectively in production—so it scales with your codebase and your team.
No prompt theater.
No hype.
Just real workflows.
What You’ll Learn
Set up Claude Code for any project in under 5 minutes
Make Claude follow architecture, conventions, and constraints
Run full feature cycles end-to-end
(understand → plan → implement → test → commit → PR)Debug real production issues without hallucinations
Build reusable commands like
/commit,/test,/reviewAdd guardrails with hooks for linting, formatting, and safety
Know when not to use Claude Code (critical in production)
Who This Is For
Devs who have already deployed AI code
Full-stack engineers working on real production systems
Teams scaling AI-assisted development
If you’re new to AI, skip this.
If you’re shipping AI and want to do it right, this is for you.
Who This Is For
Developers who have already deployed AI code
Full-stack engineers working on real production systems
Teams scaling AI-assisted development across multiple engineers
Devs who care about correctness, safety, and maintainability
If you’re new to AI, this is not the right workshop.
If you’re shipping AI and want to do it right, this is exactly for you.
About the Hosts
This workshop is run by the engineering team at Boost Capital, builders of VerifyIQ, a production-grade, agentic document AI platform used by financial institutions.
VerifyIQ processes high-risk documents at scale using multi-agent workflows, strict guardrails, and distributed engineering teams across regions. Making that work required disciplined AI usage, strong conventions, and systems that scale with real developers—not demos.
Everything taught in this workshop comes from patterns we use in production today, not experiments or tutorials.
Instructors
This workshop is taught by senior engineers at Boost Capital who actively use Claude Code to ship and maintain production AI systems.
Xavier Puspus — Head of AI Architecture responsible for designing and scaling production agentic systems
Carlo Almendral — Chief AI Officer, specializing in agentic systems, developer workflows, and production best practices
James Natulan — Full-stack engineer applying Claude Code to real-world feature development and debugging
Vince Tecson — Engineer focused on tooling, automation, and enforcing guardrails in AI-assisted development
They’re not teaching theory or prompt tricks.
They’re teaching patterns they use daily to ship, debug, and scale AI-powered systems with distributed teams.
