Isabella Ico graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2026 and is currently completing her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. She hopes to pursue a PGY2 in pediatrics and conduct research that advances evidence-based practice and patient outcomes. Outside of her clinical work, she’s equally passionate about community service and mentoring future pharmacists
Jheanelle Atkinson, PharmD (LinkedIn and Instagram)
Jheanelle Atkinson is a PGY1 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident at University of Virginia (UVA) Health, where she’s completing a two-year residency alongside a Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA). She graduated from VCU School of Pharmacy in 2026, where she held leadership positions in Kappa Epsilon (KE) and the Student National Pharmacy Association (SNPhA), and co-founded the Black Student Pharmacist Organization (BSPO). Her interest in clinical research and drug development grew through her work as a Graduate Research Assistant in Biopharmaceutics and as an Investigational Drug Services intern at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her professional interests include pharmacy leadership, investigational drug services, and specialty pharmacy, and she hopes to use a role in pharmacy operations leadership to help bring innovative therapies and healthcare solutions to patients.
