​We’re celebrating the fusion of Indian and Italian food, inspired by the Punjabi workers shaping Parmigiano Reggiano today.

​Over 60% of dairy workers in the region are of Punjabi descent. Migration brings more than people — it brings flavour.

​This event is about laughs over drinks, meeting new people, and discovering how migration brings not just people, but stories, energy, and flavour.

​Chef Mariia Galchenko has designed a special menu for the night.
