About the Future Executive Summit
Historically, the Future Executive Summit has focused on inspiration, access, and career exposure—opening the doors of Salesforce to ensure early-career talent has an unprecedented opportunity to experience the magic of Dreamforce.
The 2026 Future Executive Summit will center around our official theme: Agents, Action, Impact: Build What Matters. This year, we are shifting the spotlight onto leadership, innovation, and technical readiness in the agentic AI era.
The overall goal will be for participants to hear from inspirational leaders, engage with professional employee panels, and build tangible AI fluency. Following the summit, attendees will head straight out to the Dreamforce campus to dive deeper into our products, culture, and latest innovations.

Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Time: 8 AM – 1:30 PM PDT (followed by self-guided Dreamforce campus exploration)
Location: Moscone South [NEW LOCATION]. We are thrilled to share that our venue this year is directly adjacent to the main Salesforce Executive Summit, offering our participants incredible proximity to top-tier leadership.
Pre-Event Mandatory Town Hall Kickoff: We will hold a one-hour virtual preparation call on Wednesday, August 26th. This session will prepare participants for the summit and launch our interactive Slack channel activities.
