Sauna Rave

​Berlin is hot - so we’re moving somewhere between the sauna and the ice bath.

​Sauna Rave is ANTI SPA’s signature format: heat, cold, live DJ sounds and community folded into one summer evening.

​This Friday is a Sundowner Session — less about a full-on rave, more about hanging out, cooling down, sweating it out and moving if the music takes you there.

​Come for the sauna, the ice bath, the music, the people, the golden-hour mood.
Dancing is welcome. Floating around is just as welcome.

​No agenda. No performance. Just a room full of people showing up for the same summer feeling.
