Cursor Build Sprint for Designers
A hands-on sprint for product designers who want to actually ship with Cursor — not just watch demos.
In one focused half-day, we’ll go from idea → UI → working prototype, using Cursor to help you move faster through setup, scaffolding, component building, data wiring, and polish. You’ll leave with something real you can build on (and a repeatable workflow you can use at work).
What you’ll learn
A practical “designer-to-builder” workflow in Cursor (prompts that actually work)
How to scaffold a small app fast, then iterate like a designer
Debugging with AI (without getting stuck in loops)
How to ship a clean v1: UI, states, and basic data flows
What you’ll build
A small product-style web experience (choose from a few templates: internal tool, directory, lightweight dashboard, or a simple onboarding flow) — functional and demo-ready.
Format (half-day)
Quick kickoff + setup checklist
Guided build blocks (you build while we build)
Mini break + office hours help
Demo round + “how to keep going” playbook
Who it’s for
Product/UX/UI designers who are curious about building and want a structured, supportive environment to get momentum.
What to bring
Laptop + charger. (Basic comfort editing code helps, but not required — you’ll be fine if you can follow steps and troubleshoot with guidance.)
Seats
Limited to 30 to keep it high-touch.
