Breathing Room
Community breathwork is a powerful way to build emotional resilience, release tension in the body, quiet the mind, and heal in community. Breathing Room guided sessions are designed for all experience levels and participants are encouraged to adjust the practice to suit their needs. Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can breathe and lie down in.
About the experience: Sessions start with check-ins, an overview of the session flow, and gentle movement to wake up the body. The guided breathwork is 25 - 30 minutes of patterned breath, supported by curated music for the journey. We will rest and then close with group reflections.

Meet us at The Collective in Oak Harbor
Doors will open at 5:30 pm and we will begin at 5:45

About Me: Hello, I am Hillarie Maddox, breathwork facilitator, momma of 2 and founder of Rewild Learning. Breathwork has been part of my self care toolkit for over 4 years after I realized the importance of mind-body practices to address anxiety, depression, and disconnection. It has helped me learn to listen to my body, create space for more intentional living, and develop deeper connections to myself and others.
Breathwork Practice and Education: I completed Flow Breathwork Certification with Shanilla Sattar in 2023, received mentorship and training from Trina Marie, and continued my learning through Breathwork Liberation Society with Chauna Bryant. Learning to breathe and connect to the body is a liberatory practice, and I honor the lineage of women who have shared their knowledge and wisdom with me.
