Local Hub Barcelona: Attention, Our Human Superpower
Where human presence becomes meaningful performance.
What if the body, play and movement were the key to clearer thinking, better decisions and deeper learning?
Many leaders and teams are operating with too much noise, too much speed and too much pressure. That directly affects focus, clarity and decision-making. So developing the ability to focus attention and make decisions with clarity has become essential.
But what if clarity doesn’t only come from thinking more… but from reconnecting with the body?
Inspired by (ATB) Awareness Through the Body, this experiential session explores how movement, play and body awareness can help us cultivate presence, regulate emotions and access a more grounded way of learning, communicating and leading.
What to Expect
During this interactive session, we’ll explore what happens when we stop approaching learning only through the mind and start listening to the body as a source of attention, balance and insight.
Together, we will:
Discover how to train attention and other executive functions through movement, play and awareness.
Use fun as a catalyst for learning, connection and insight.
Explore self-regulation through physical experience and reflection.
Take away powerful practical ideas for work, teams and everyday life.
