Workshop: Claude as Your Chief of Staff

Join us for an evening workshop at the Toast Boston office, where two leaders who've gone deep on AI-powered operations will share exactly how they did it and help you do the same.
Jerome Luo, VP and Chief of Staff at Toast, will open with a firsthand look at how he's used Claude and AI tooling to build out real Chief of Staff capabilities at scale - from managing complex workflows across a fast-moving org to extending what's possible for his team. He'll speak to what it actually takes to move from experimenting with AI to embedding it into how you and your team operate every day, and what the impact has looked like in practice.
Greg Raiz, founder of FoundersEdge (a pre-seed VC firm investing in repeat founders building in AI), will then lead a hands-on workshop walking through the exact setup he uses to automate high-value tasks, streamline inbox and calendar management, plug AI directly into terminal and GitHub workflows, and reduce context switching across deals, portfolio support, and content.
Attendees will leave with a working Claude assistant and a playbook to keep extending it inside their own organization.
This session is best suited for CEOs, COOs, Chiefs of Staff, GMs, senior product and business leaders, senior ops leaders, and investors who juggle parallel workstreams and are ready to turn AI from a chat interface into real workflow infrastructure - for themselves and their teams.
