TBS Tribe #2: This one's for the tired moms โ๏ธ๐ฟ
โPOV: A space where the weight you carry finally gets to be said out loud
โSince becoming a mom, you've been sprinting. You're feeling a little weary. It's a tiredness you can't explain. Stopping feels like falling behind, and the guilt of resting is somehow heavier than the exhaustion.
โThis is a real kind of tired, the kind that carries the household at 6am before anyone else is awake, while juggling a demanding full time job. It's the kind of exhaustion that sleep alone doesn't fix.
โYou gotten so good at keeping everything running, that you didn't realise you've not paused for yourself. We're bringing a small group of tired moms together for a dedicated time of pause.
โThis isn't a support group. It's not a workshop that hands you a five-step plan. It's a room where you can be present and land you back in your body with gentle movement, an unhurried pause, in a small circle of women carrying the same weight.
โHow the 120 minutes works:
โGentle movement โ arrive in your body before you're asked to speak
โOpening circle โ open sharing to articulate your intention and thoughts, and hear what others are carrying
โExpression exercise โ give the weight a form outside of you
โClosing โ leave having been heard, in the company of women who get it
โThis is for you if:
โYou are depleted mentally and emotionally from mothering, and want a way to recharge
โYou've been running things well, while quietly losing the thread of yourself
โYou want to be in a room with other women who understand
โYour Hosts
โVanessa is an entrepreneur and mother of two preschoolers. After senior leadership roles at tech startups, motherhood arrived and quietly shifted everything โ her ambition, her identity, her sense of worth. Working through that season is what led her to build her own consulting firm, and redefine what success means to her. She couldn't find a room where she could talk about that journey out loud, so she built one with The Balanced Season.
โKrisa is a mother of two and a certified trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator behind Bliss Shala. She's spent years creating spaces where adults and adolescents can slow down and meet themselves โ grounded in safety, embodied practice, and the understanding that sustainable healing lives in the body as much as the mind. Her own parenting is shaped by her work as an inner child integration therapist.
โ๐๏ธ Fee: A collected fee of $20-$30 (sliding scale) to cover venue and material costs (instructions to follow). Yoga mats and materials will be provided.
โ๐333B Beach Rd, Level 3, Singapore 199563
โThis event has a capacity of 10 adults.
