Session 3 of Exit Academy 2026 concludes the cohort journey — focusing on what happens after the deal is signed.

This is the final session of a 3-part program, where the same group of founders has worked through strategy, execution, and now transition.

This is a closed-door, peer group format — for open and honest conversations.

This session goes beyond the deal into integration, personal decisions, and long-term outcomes.

– How to manage integration with an acquirer
– Tax, liquidity, and personal financial planning
– What changes after exit — for you and your team
– Common regrets and what founders would do differently

– Founder stories: life after exit
– Expert insights on tax & wealth planning
– Founder circles: defining your personal and company roadmap
