Kyra Coates has spent more than fifteen years as a marketing and communications director, storyteller, and working videographer. Her whole career has focused on helping people connect to the feeling within the story of each organization and mission she has supported. She now works as an FAA-certified drone pilot and started Foothills Film + Footage to capture Boulder County from the air. Along the way, she kept noticing the same thing in real estate marketing. So much of it looks alike. A beautiful home turns into a grid of MLS photos, and a Just Listed post, and most people scroll right past. The missing piece isn't sharper photos. It's in the storytelling. Buyers are not only choosing a house to live in but also a community to be part of. The morning walk to Chautauqua. The street that already feels like home. The greenway path where neighbors say hi to one another.
