For this sitting of The CFO’s Table, Ayming and Advention are bringing together a small group of CFOs from private equity-backed businesses for an informal evening of dinner, discussion and support.
With growth targets to meet, value-creation plans to advance, and exit timelines becoming increasingly uncertain, the role can feel particularly demanding. The evening is designed to offer both practical insight and some welcome moral support from people facing many of the same challenges.
The conversation will explore what is currently on the table for PE-backed CFOs, including value creation, sustainable growth, exit readiness and how to maintain momentum when the original investment timeline changes.
There will be no presentations or sales pitches. Ayming will introduce a small number of discussion prompts, but the conversation will be led by the people around the table.
Expect candid discussion, excellent food and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a carefully selected group of fellow CFOs.
