FirstGen: Facing our Limiting Mindsets & Beliefs
What will we cover: This short workshop will dig into the specific mindsets that hold us back as firstgen, non-male immigrants and first generation entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur is stressful so it's important to shed the shackles of the limiting beliefs that may hold us back.
This workshop will be led by two powerhouse female entrepreneurs who themselves have surmounted many limiting mindsets. They'll provide a short overview of how they have handled these and provide a space to uncover yours and new ways of measuring success and meaning.
We will focus in particular on
Imposter syndrome
Fear of failure and success
Lack of self-trust
What you'll get out of it:
Inspiration from examples & stories of how two female founders have dealt with these
A safe space to discuss your own mindset
New frameworks to redefine meaning and success
Who should attend, any founder who:
identifies as female, non-binary or queer
founders who have found themselves held back by their own beliefs and mindsets
founders who are trying to build new habits
