​An hour on commons leadership, and what the workshop involves.

​Most of us can see what needs building where we live. A co-op, a shared asset, a project that takes something out of the market and puts it back in common hands.

​What usually stops it is not the idea. It is the group craft. How you form, how you decide, how you build enough trust that the hard conversations about money and power are survivable when they arrive.

​In this session we will:

• ​Lay out the thinking behind Reclaiming Our Power, our one-day workshop running in Melbourne in October

• ​Run one activity from the day, live, so you get a feel for how we work

• ​Answer whatever you want to ask about the workshop

​Come if you are already organising something. Come if you are about to be. Come if you just want to know what we mean by the commons.

​There are only 12 places in each workshop, so this is a good place to work out whether it is for you before you book.
