RE:WILD WORKSHOP
Are you tired of building a life you love on the same operating system that burned you out in the first place?
This is for you if...
You left the traditional path — corporate, a title, a "should" — to build something on your own terms, and somehow ended up more scheduled than ever
Productivity still feels like proof of your worth, even though you know better
You're craving a version of "success" that doesn't require performing, comparing, or explaining yourself
You're ready to feel more like yourself — in your body, your instincts, your actual life — not just more optimized
What Re:Wild is:
Re:Wild is a live, 2-hour workshop for women building something new, their way, and ready to stop running it on old rules.
We'll name the invisible "cage" (the learned patterns and behaviors -- helllo, Slack at all times for me!), and get honest about why it held you, why you're ready now, and what's actually waiting on the other side of it.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't another productivity hack. It's permission, backed by reflection, community, literature (if you want) and then a plan. You'll leave with language for the pattern, clarity on what your truest self actually feels like, and one real, specific change you start the same week.
It's not woo woo unless you're into that type of thing like me, but it does require real reflection and desire to build a new operating system for yourself to create space for the work you want to do next.
What to expect
A guided, honest look at the pattern most high-achieving women share and why it's damn hard to change your habits when you change your work life
A simple, honest way to protect the parts of your life that are generative and yours
Real conversation in small breakout pairs and rooms
A takeaway practice menu of small, doable ways to stay connected to your wild, natural self
One clear, written commitment you leave with, not just inspiration
Community! Women seek each other out, and now you'll have a room of women who get it
Materials
Optional, not required: Women Who Run With Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. We'll draw lightly on a couple of its stories, but you don't need to have read it to get everything out of this workshop.
About the host
Cat Canada is the founder of Re:Brand, a community of nearly 2,000 women navigating career pivots, reinventions, and next chapters. She left the corporate path to build Re:Brand from scratch — and quickly found herself running her new life on the same old rules. Re:Wild comes directly out of what she's had to unlearn in real time as a founder, a mom, and a woman figuring out what "her way" actually looks like.
