Join us for She Is in Flow, a cozy women-only morning designed to help you slow down, move, and connect.
We’ll start with a relaxing yoga class at YogaLab San Lorenzo, followed by time to unwind, enjoy a soft drink, meet new girls, and share a feel-good Sunday moment together. Every guest will also receive a little goodie bag to take home.
No experience is needed — just come as you are. Mats and everything you need for the class will be provided.
