Monday Reset: Rooftop Sound Bath, Vibroacoustic Therapy & Tea Social

​Ease into the week with an evening designed to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your nervous system reset.

​Monday Reset is a restorative sound experience at RegenHub featuring live gong, crystal singing bowls, handpan, tongue drum, chimes, harmonium and more. The sound bath will unfold slowly and spaciously—creating a deep, immersive field of resonance for rest, release, and recalibration.

​Guests will also have the option to experience individual vibroacoustic therapy: a full-body sound-and-vibration experience that allows you to feel the music physically, supporting even deeper regulation and relaxation.

​We’ll close with herbal tea on the rooftop, overlooking the Flatirons—a simple, beautiful moment to integrate, connect, and begin the week from a more grounded place.
