About This Event
In March 2025, we hosted the first edition of Impact Women Weekend. It was a gathering filled with warmth, honest stories, and shared strength.
This is our second edition. Building on the spirit of the first, we aim to go one step further: to create a space where women founders, and women from all walks of life, can share their stories, be seen, and truly connect.
We named this edition She Builds the Future not simply to empower women, but to recognize a truth, that women are already shaping change and building a better world. This is not an aspiration; it is a fact.
If you have a story, an idea, or a vision, this is where it belongs.

To ensure a smooth entry process at the Impact Future Weekend event, all attendees, partners, and guests are required to download and register through the Tokyo Innovation Base (TiB) app before arriving at the venue.

Complete Registration:
Open the app and complete your registration as a TiB member. This is mandatory for entry.
QR Code Check-In:
On the day of the event, present your QR code generated by the app at the 2F gate to access the venue.
If you are unable to download the app or don’t have a smartphone, TiB offers a 1-Day Pass registration option at the venue’s entrance, but this will take additional time, so we highly encourage completing the app registration in advance.

2025年3月、私たちは第1回目となる Impact Women Weekend を開催いたしました。
温かい雰囲気の中で、率直なストーリーが共有され、互いに支え合う力を感じられる時間となりました。
今回が第2回目の開催となります。
第1回目で生まれた空気感を大切にしながら、女性起業家をはじめ、さまざまな背景を持つ女性の皆さまが、自分自身のストーリーを語り、共有し、つながることのできる場を、ささやかでも継続的につくっていければと考えております。
本イベントを She Builds the Future と名付けたのは、女性を特別に強調したいというよりも、女性が日々の取り組みや選択を通じて、すでに社会に変化をもたらしているという事実に、静かに目を向けたいと考えたからです。
これは理想やスローガンではなく、私たちが実際に目にしてきた現実でもあります。
もし、共有してみたいストーリーやアイデア、これから形にしていきたいビジョンがありましたら、この場を一つのきっかけとしてご参加いただけましたら幸いです。
