​Monthly drop-in office hours with Kelsey and Soumya of The Birdie Brief. No agenda, no slides: you bring one real question, we work it out loud.

​You know the question. Maybe it's how you prep for that salary conversation with your boss. Maybe it's how you pivot from a non-technical role into a technical one. Maybe it's the thing you've been wanting help with, without spending thousands of dollars on a coach.

​Once a month, Kelsey or Soumya opens the door, and you bring your question. We take questions one at a time and talk each one through: what's actually going on, what your options are, and what you can say or do next week. You leave with a next move, and you'll learn as much from everyone else's questions as your own.

​And if this month you'd rather just listen, that's allowed. Drop in, take notes, come back with your question when it's ready.
