About the guest speaker
Shreya Dhawan is currently working as a Lead Service Designer at Harmonic Design in Atlanta, GA, leading service design projects including end-to-end journey transformation to optimize, reimagine, or innovate customer journeys, research design and execution, coaching, and training clients on service design methodologies and tools.
Shreya has been a practicing design professional for over a decade and has 5+ years of experience in service design working with multidisciplinary, distributed groups and teams across industries, including insurance, telecommunication, retail, restaurant, beverages, airline, healthcare, and several public libraries.
Shreya is a trained Service Designer with an MFA in Service Design from SCAD.
She is a thought leader and a published author, with several articles in Touchpoint, Service Design Network's journal, on topics such as organizational design, culture change, servitization, sustainability, and the circular economy.
She has also served as an Events head on the core team for SDN Atlanta chapter for over two years.
