Match Point Social — Ticketing Terms & Refund Policy

 All ticket purchases for Match Point Social (hosted by Match Point Lifestyle) on July 12, 2026, are non-refundable. No cash refunds, credit refunds, or exchanges will be issued for attendee cancellations, schedule conflicts, illness, weather conditions, or any other personal reasons. By purchasing a ticket, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this "All Sales Final" policy in accordance with Florida Statute § 501.142.

 While tickets are strictly non-refundable, they are 

. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your digital ticket to another individual. To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must update the attendee information directly within the ticketing portal or contact the host at least 24 hours prior to the event start time (9:00 AM EDT on July 12, 2026) to ensure the new guest is added to the official security and check-in gate list at MIA Market.

 In the highly unlikely event that Match Point Lifestyle cancels the gathering entirely without rescheduling, a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to severe weather, facility emergencies, or acts of God), your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new rescheduled date.

 Match Point Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe by event staff or venue security. Attendees removed from the premises for behavioral or policy violations will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

 Each valid ticket entry constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the private tennis session raffle with host Shaun in Key Biscayne. The winner will be drawn live during the event window. You must be a valid ticket holder to win; however, if a ticket was transferred in compliance with Section 2 of this policy, the active attendee at the time of the drawing will claim the raffle eligibility.

Shaun Hoyes is a Miami native and the founder of Match Point Lifestyle. He played tennis competitively, including at the University of Miami, and has coached the game. He will be in the room throughout the social and on hand to lend insight to the match. He's happy to answer any question you have and is looking forward to talking tennis over a glass of bubbles.
