Co-Creating Transformational Communities
Grounded in a culture of self-responsibility, authenticity, and interdependence; Transformational Communities are spaces where people are invited to step into empowered action and collaborate to effect life-enriching change in the world.
This vision of community is rooted in a threefold purpose, supporting people to:
Thrive: Care for their bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits.
Evolve: Heal and grow through inner work.
Serve: Come into alignment with their purpose and actively respond to the challenges of our time.
This 3-day workshop provides a foundation in practical tools for transformational community-building. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Transformational Connection (Circling), and Possibility Management (PM), we’ll look at what transformation means on a personal, interpersonal, and systemic level.
Participants will learn to navigate responsibly in a group setting—expressing feelings in an intentional way, taking ownership of their experience, and making authentic offers of connection. We’ll practice tools for attuning to the group field, collective decision-making, and conflict resolution, leading to a culture of self-leadership and empowerment.
This workshop is for those who want to take community-building to the next level and explore regenerative ways of living in connection with self, others, and the earth.
