Sant Joan Celebration
Join us to celebrate La Revetlla de Sant Joan, one of Barcelona's most beloved and electric nights of the year.
Known as the Nit del Foc (Night of Fire), Sant Joan marks the summer solstice and is one of the most important feast days in the Catalan calendar. Across the city, neighbours, friends and families get together for evening meals, music and bonfires, and fireworks light up the sky from every balcony, terrace and street. The beach becomes one enormous open-air celebration that lasts until sunrise. It's loud, chaotic, and completely magical.
A few of us will be heading into the city and down to the beach to soak it all in. The plan is loose so feel free to join whenever suits you, whether that's for the early evening atmosphere or later when the fireworks really get going.
And don't forget — wear white! It's the colour of the night and you'll fit right in with the celebrations.
Time: From 7:00 PM
Location: Meet in the kitchen (Level 2)
We look forward to sharing this special night with you. See you out there!
