Top 3 Winners - Overall Excellence

The Top 3 teams or individual developers are selected based on the strongest overall combination of the following criteria:

Product Value
Clear problem–solution fit, strong user value within the TON and Telegram Mini App context, intuitive user flows, and delivery of a working MVP deployed during the hackathon.

AI-First
AI is a core part of the product, with meaningful use of agentic AI workflows and thoughtful integration (e.g. via Amazon Bedrock), where AI clearly enhances product capabilities or execution.

  • 1st: $1000

  • 2nd: $600

  • 3rd: $400

All commands must run successfully without errors. Submissions that cannot be built or deployed as specified will not be accepted.

About the Workshop

Telegram is becoming one of the most powerful distribution layers in Web3, and TON is where MiniApps, payments, and real users meet.

In this TON x AWS workshop, developers will learn how to design, build, deploy, and scale Telegram MiniApps using AWS serverless infrastructure and agentic AI, all while maintaining performance, cost efficiency, and production-ready architecture.

This is a hands-on, deep-dive workshop, not a demo. You'll go from concept to deployed Mini App, leveraging AI-assisted development and modern serverless tooling.

What You’ll Learn

Developing Telegram MiniApps on AWS Serverless Infrastructure with AWS Agentic AI

During the workshop, we’ll cover:

  • Deploying Telegram Mini Apps on AWS serverless infrastructure

    • Learn how to design and deploy scalable Mini Apps using AWS-native services.

  • Integrating agentic AI into Telegram Mini Apps with Amazon Bedrock

    • Add intelligent, autonomous AI agents directly into your Mini App workflows.

  • Vibe- and spec-based development using Kiro

    • Build faster with AI-assisted development while maintaining strong specs and structure.

  • React Router v7 framework mode on AWS

    • Implement modern routing and frontends using AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and Amazon CloudFront.

  • Understanding infrastructure & cost efficiency

    • Learn the real costs of running Telegram Mini Apps and Telegram bots on AWS serverless, and how to optimize them from day one.

Why This Matters

Telegram Mini Apps unlock:

  • Native access to hundreds of millions of users

  • Seamless UX inside Telegram

  • Built-in distribution, payments, and social layers

AWS unlocks:

  • Massive scalability

  • Pay-as-you-go efficiency

  • Production-grade infrastructure

  • AI tooling that’s ready for real applications

Together, TON + Telegram + AWS give builders a fast path from idea → deployed product → real users.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Web3 & Web2 developers curious about Telegram Mini Apps

  • Builders interested in AI-powered applications

  • Engineers exploring serverless + AI architecture

  • Founders prototyping products with real distribution

  • Anyone who wants to build where users already are

How to Prepare:

No prior TON or Telegram MiniApp experience required, but familiarity with JavaScript / React is recommended.

Bring:

  • A builder mindset

  • Curiosity

  • Something you want to ship
