This Latin Heritage Month, Amigas in Tech and Cyber Qubits® are joining forces under the Cyber UN Pledge and the CyberReSkill Initiative to open doors for our amigas in the tech ecosystem. Together, we’re creating pathways that ensure equitable access to cybersecurity education, mentorship, and career opportunities.

The partnership officially kicks off on October 16, 2025, with Hacking Your Future: Careers & Connections in Cybersecurity.
During this event, attendees will:
Learn why cybersecurity is one of the fastest-growing industries and explore the diverse career pathways available
Understand certifications, educational options, and foundational skills to launch a career in cyber
Hear from employers about what they’re looking for, explore top job titles, and connect strengths to real opportunities

The evening also includes a fireside chat with cybersecurity professionals at different stages of their careers, moderated in partnership with Amigas in Tech. Expect real stories, practical advice, and insights on navigating barriers, landing your first role, and thriving as a woman or underrepresented professional in tech.
