Agenda
7:30am or 8:30am mat pilates class: choose the hour that best fits your morning
After class: Coffee & breakfast station
Following breakfast: Optional co-working at MNT, stay and work as long as you like!
Showers are available if you'd like to freshen up before you settle in to work.
Bring a pair of grippy socks (required for the studio).
Space is limited, so please reserve only if you can commit.
