​om nom nom - yoga beyond the mat  

​It is a powerful feeling to be in connection with yourself, to bring awareness to the physical body and create space to listen. It’s even more powerful to stay in this sense of self while connecting to each other. I believe it is most powerful when we do this together - because this takes practice and we need the support of each other.

​The om nom nom community invites a familiar, warm, curious, welcoming sense of home. 

​We connect to our own center through yoga and then invite this sense to stay while we gather with tea and seasonal fruit.

• ​on the mat: 6-7 pm - breathe, flow, ground with vinyasa yoga 

• ​beyond the mat: 7-7:30 - gather, share, connect with herbal tea and seasonal fruit

​If you’ve been looking for a space to move your body with mindfulness and have time to connect with new friends while practicing being in connection to yourself, this is your space.

​About Claire: 

​I have a big heart and a desire to share my essence in the world. I bring a grounding presence and love fluttering my lips (and inviting others to release in ways that emerge). I express myself through yoga, mixing sourdough with my bare hands, being barefoot in nature, forming deep relationships. 

​I practice remembering that I am home - feeling home in my body as I am held by the earth with the expansiveness of the universe. Yoga, dance, meditation, baking, and being in human connection are practices that remind me of this feeling of home over and over again.  Part of my purpose is to share this with the world which led me to co-found om nom nom to offer the practice of yoga beyond the asanas.
