555 night: The Love for The Little Things in Life
2 years since 555 started!! What began as a tiny presentation night turned into friendships, partnerships and some amazing collabs. Kinda the perfect example of a little thing turning into something big.
So we're running it back in MTL with a classic presentation night on The Love for The Little Things in Life.
The theme
Think of something small that somehow took over your life. The café you went to so often you started making their latte at home. The film camera you bought on a whim and now can't stop shooting with. The building you walked past every day until you fell down an architecture rabbit hole.
That's the stuff we want to hear about. Where it started, how it got you, and where it's taken you since.
No big project or startup needed. If you could talk about it for an hour with zero prep, you're in the right place.
How it works
A casual night in a cozy, creative space. Come present your little thing, or come listen, discover cool stuff and make new friends. Little snacks on us.
Format
5 to 8 quick-fire presentations
5 slides, 5 minutes each (yes, the 555 way)
Then 5 minutes of Q&A and convo with the room
